Tejendra is Of Counsel at the Firm.

Tejendra works in the area of banking and finance, corporate and commercial, foreign investment, hydroelectricity, projects, legal due diligence, litigation, etc. Tejendra also handles government liaison works for wide range of clients.

Tejendra worked with a commercial bank for three years in its legal department as an in-house counsel. Tejendra also worked as a Company Secretary in a public company for a few years.

Tejendra handles wide range of litigation and responsible for drafting all types litigation documents. Tejendra regularly appears before the Supreme Court, High Court, District Courts and other quasi-judicial authorities and argues in numerous cases.

Tejendra possess sound knowledge and seasoned experience in banking, securities, corporate governance and litigation sectors.
