District Administration Offices Issue Prohibitory Order
District Administration Offices ("DAO") of Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur on April 26, 2021 have issued a Prohibitory Order ("Order") in view of the fresh surge of COVID-19 cases inside Kathmandu Valley. As per the Order, the following activities shall be prohibited within Kathmandu Valley from April 29, 2021 till May 5, 2021::Activities permitted to commence operation, adhering to social distancing and safety measures, include:

public meetings, assemblies, conferences, seminars, trainings and other places of public gatherings

operation of businesses related to salons, beauty parlors, gyms and others, except those providing essential services
-
movement of both public and private vehicles, except those providing essential services
-
all public services, except essential services
Amid the impact caused by COVID-19, we are concerned about the health and well-being of our staff, clients and their families. As per DAO's Order, we have implemented 'work from home' alternative for our lawyers and staffs. Our lawyers are fully equipped to work from home having remote access to our systems. Each lawyer and staff can be contacted at any time via email or mobile phones, teleconferencing, video-conferencing as usual.
